Joshua J. Ober, 21 of Willow Street, was struck dead crossing Willow Street Pike South in Pequea Township around 2:15 a.m., according to the police.
Ober was hit by a Dodge operated by Hernan Hernandez-Garcia who was traveling with Julio Cruz Rodriguez, both 20 of Lancaster.
No charges have been filed.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
